PRESENT AND FUTURE

Present :

The Wolfsong area currently covers 8500 m2.

Besides the two small and two large cabins, there is another house at the entrance to the area. This is the Mainhouse. This is our home and office.  

There is also a laundry with washing machine and tumbler, as well as a very small but very important house. This is one of two pumps that supply the Arela with fresh, clear water from its own water supply. A second pumping station is located near the upper large cabin.  

On the road to the WOLFSONG AREAL 250 m from the stand is a wonderful small stone house with a large garden and a spacious covered work area. We were allowed to purchase this house in 2019. At the moment it is permanently rented to our employee and responsible for our buildings and their maintenance, Errol. 

In the middle part of our garden, where we have planted about 120 fruit and flower trees in the last few years, in addition to many flowering bushes and flowers, we installed a biotope on almost 20 m2 a few years ago. With it we changed the whole fauna in our garden. The biotope is animated by many different frog species, colorful dragonflies. Some species of butterflies also pupate in the flowering water plants.

Future :

We have determined the location for the new mainhouse and started its construction. According to this, the house will have a total area of 360 m2 on two floors.

Integrated on the first floor will be a restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the atelier of Caribbeads. In addition, of course, a bodega and the guest toilet.

On the upper floor the living and office rooms of the owners are planned, with a bathroom and a spacious terrace.

After the completion of the new main house, the previous main house will be renovated and released for rental as Cabia Type B.
